1. Are the camera heads interchangeable?

The cameras of each model are used together and cannot be used interchangeably. If your camera is broken and you don't know which model it is, please contact the customer service email to purchase the correct camera.

2. Should I use the camera head to clean the drain?

In any case, DrainPangolin recommends that you don't try to clean the drain with a camera, as the pipe camera is only a detection tool and not a repair tool. Cameras are expensive and sensitive technology. Using it to clear drains is risky and may damage the camera, which is not covered by your 1-year warranty.

3. Can Drainpangolin cameras be located?

Some Drainpangolin camera systems have built-in sonde transmitter that operates at 512htz and is easily locatable with any industry standard receiver (locator). Find out which models have probe transmitters on the contact customer service. support@drainpangolin.com


4.Is the camera color or black and white?

Black and white cameras are obsolete. All SANYIPACE cameras are in color. There are 7-inch, 9-inch and 10-inch screens to choose from.

5.How many leds will it included in the camera?

Drainpangolin is equipped with 12 LED cameras, both with adjustable brightness.

6.Can this endoscope borescope take pictures? how to transfer to another device?

yes, it can take clear pictures and video,to save pictures and videos on included sd card, then transfer contents of sd card to other device.

7.Does this pipeline inspection camera equiment waterproof?

Yes, the camera head and the cable part is waterproof. With the IP68 waterproof, reliable cable,the pipe inspection camera can work in any underground narrow environment.

8.Why is my screen showing "NO SIGNAL"?

When the screen shows "NO SINGNAL", it is usually because the camera is not screwed. If the problem persists after twisting repeatedly, please contact customer service.support@drainpangolin.com

1. Which countries can sewer cameras be shipped to?

We have warehouses in the US, free shipping is available in all these countries, including EU countries. Shipping to other countries is also possible, but a shipping fee will be charged based on the weight.

2. How long does it take for the package to be delivered?

We will ship according to the nearest warehouse, usually 4-8 working days can be delivered.

3.How do I check where my order is shipped?

You can check the status of your order by entering the tracking number or order number and email address on thetrack orderpage.

4.Why is the tracking number invalid?

Please wait patiently. Tracking numbers are not valid until the carrier scans the package and uploads the information.

5.What should I do if the delivery fails?

Please contact the local carrier and re-schedule the delivery.

1. What should I do if my product arrives damaged or defective?
