Customization is available for selected fixtures. All requests are subject to a feasibility review; some designs, materials, and construction details cannot be modified.
How It Works
01 — Share Your Ideas
Send us the fixture you are interested in, the changes you have in mind, and a few details about your space. Room photographs, measurements, and reference images help us understand your vision.
02 — Review the Options
We will review your request and discuss what may be possible. If the project can proceed, we will provide a written quotation outlining the proposed specifications, pricing, and estimated production and delivery timing.
03 — Confirm the Details
Review the dimensions, finish, suspension, electrical requirements, and any drawings or references included in your proposal. The final specifications and order terms must be confirmed in writing before production begins.
04 — Bring It Home
Once your order is ready, we will coordinate the shipping arrangements and share the available tracking information. Please arrange installation with a qualified electrician.
What to Include in Your Inquiry
To help us review your project, please include as many of the following details as possible:
• Product name, product link, or reference image
• Requested dimensions and quantity
• Preferred finish or material
• Ceiling height and desired overall hanging height
• Room photographs, floor plans, or relevant measurements
• Installation location and electrical requirements
• Delivery ZIP code and any required project date
If you are unsure about a measurement or specification, let us know. Your electrician or installer should verify the installation requirements before you approve the order.
Before You Order
Pricing & Timing
Custom pricing depends on the design, dimensions, materials, quantity, and production requirements. Production and shipping estimates will be provided with your quotation. If you have a project deadline, please share it before placing your order so we can assess whether it is achievable.
Material & Finish Variations
Natural stone, ceramic, and hand-finished surfaces may vary in grain, texture, and tone. Reference photographs and screen colors may not exactly represent the finished piece.
Changes & Cancellations
Please review all specifications carefully before approval. Changes requested after approval may affect pricing and timing and may not be possible once production has started. Payment, cancellation, and return terms for your custom order will be provided for review before purchase.
